10 Reasons Why Saying ‘I Love You’ Too Soon Is A Bad idea

Guys have been known to falter in matters of love, as they stop thinking when they come across an attractive chick. Some even go to the extent of declaring their love for her without thinking twice of the repercussions. Here are a few reasons why you should avoid being one of them.

1. She may be taken aback

Make sure she feels the same before saying “I love you.” Otherwise, you might just catch her by surprise and scare her off. Take your time and all will be well.

2. You may not be ready yet

More than her being ready for love, you should be worried about yourself. Do you really love this girl or are you just being plain stupid? Are you ready to commit to someone?

3. The dark ages are gone

You can’t expect the modern girls to blush when you blurt out the three words, and swoon under your spell. They too have feelings and an opinion of their own, and hence it is better to ensure that you are on the same plane before dropping the “love” bomb on her.

4. What if it is a one-sided affair?

She might just think of you as a friend or might just be having some fun. So unless you want to end up like John Keats penning sad love ballads after she is gone, don’t say, “I love you” too soon.

5. It’s better to look before you leap

Check twice what you are signing up for before doing something foolish under a bout of sudden chivalry. Don’t do something you will regret later.
