Try and make it a habit to cycle to work instead of taking your car. This is a ride that will definitely pay off in the long run.

5. Circuit training

If you are a person who loves to build your muscles and have a membership at a gym, include sets of cardio in-between every couple of hardcore strength training sets. This type of training will not only show on your body as solid strong muscles, but it will also give you a solid strong heart.
