4. Do away with the fat talk

When you are talking to others, resist from telling them that you are fat, or when you are shopping, don’t tell yourself and others that the dress makes you look fat. Many times you only see what you think, your thoughts transforms itself into an image on the mirror.

5. Fill up your living space and workplace with images of women of all shapes

You can have a few in your car too if that’s where you spend a lot of time without any distractions. Throw out the fashion magazines that depict stick thin women. Most of them are air brushed anyways. Embrace your original shape. Be kind to it.

The best way to a better body image starts with you and the positive thoughts you put into your head. And remember there is no such thing as a perfect shape.
