Bachelor pads are all about partying, loud music, friends hanging out together and having a fun time. If you are about to set up your bachelor pad, here are some tips that will help you spend the money at the right place and ensure that you own some of the most essential items every bachelor pads must have.

1. Set up a good music system

No bachelor pad is complete without an awesome music system. Your bachelor pad will seem dull and boring without a music system that is enough to accompany a loud party. If you have some money to spend, you can set up a home theater system, but if you are on a budget, just buy speakers and a woofer cum amplifier that will do the job instead.

2. Don’t overspend on furniture

A key tip to remember while setting up a bachelor pad is to remember not to overspend on living room furniture. Friends are likely to crash at your bachelor pad after a big night. Drinking and eating while watching TV and doing other activities can be a common thing and the last thing you would want to be worried about is your expensive furniture getting stained or breaking apart. Keep your furniture budget to a minimum, pick up used items from garage sales so that you can use them without worrying about damaging an expensive piece.

3. Spend money on a big screen TV

Movie marathons and lounging in front of the TV for hours together is a permanent activity in any bachelor pad. You must have a big screen TV at your bachelor pad too. If you can’t buy a brand new LCD or LED TV, look for good deals on eBay or other online websites.
