5. Cartwheeling

Tell your wife or girlfriend to go down in the push-up position. From there, hold her ankles and lift the legs so that you form a sort of cartwheel and she has to walk around using her hands.

6. Stretches

There are a number of stretching activities that can be done as couples. One of them is to stand behind your partner and stretch her hands backwards. You could do the leg stretch by holding up one leg of your partner, and then continuously pulling it upwards slowly.

7. Fast dance forms

It’s a misconception that couple dances are always slow. There are dance forms like Swing and Tango that are fast enough to burn the calories and tone your muscles. Contemporary and Hip Hop dance styles are also great forms of workout.
