Cats are the most non fussy pets. They clean themselves by licking, dig a hole and hide their litter and come and go without making a ruckus like dogs do. Dogs need to be constantly given attention, bathed, brushed, groomed and told not to bark their head off, bite people and gnarl at strangers. Cats come with none of this baggage and are essentially clean creatures that are pretty easy to handle.

Cats sleep for about ten hours a day, so you can be rest assured that they wont be demanding your attention much. In fact they also like to keep out of your way as much as possible and hence they are suitable for bachelors to keep in their small apartments. The small creatures can sleep or go anywhere through a cat flap without causing a hullabaloo unlike dogs.
