1. You should have good manners and etiquette

Good manners and etiquette in a man includes everything from handling social situations well to having good interpersonal relationships. A gentleman is a person who knows exactly how to behave at a party, family reunion, guy’s night out or a professional meeting with relevant manners. Good manners and refined etiquette are the first and foremost qualities that separate a gentleman from the rest.

2. You should be chivalrous

Chivalry is an important trait of gentleman even today. Being chivalrous includes opening a door for a woman, paying for a date on behalf of the lady or offering her a jacket when it is cold among many other things.
