Women can get pretty annoying with some of their typical habits and with the influx of virtual reality in everyone’s lives, new irritating habits have cropped up, the brunt of which have to be borne by the men who curse the day they friended them. Facebook is more of a craze among the fairer sex, as can be seen from the amount of users and the frequency of usage, which is more in females than males. These are 8 of the most irking things that girls do on this social networking site.

1. Post hearts on almost everything

Black and pink hearts are as commonly used as commas and full stops by ladies on Facebook. Most of them go overboard while expressing their love for something, and hence these hearts tend to show up on almost very comment, picture or link they share.

2. Keep a keen check on the ‘Seen’ feature in chat

This one is especially for the boyfriends. Women are very keen on details and they keep a hawk’s eye on your actions on Facebook. So if they happen to chance upon you not replying to them on chat when it clearly shows that you saw the said message, you will have to bear her wrath. If you say you are going to bed, just to concentrate on your saved game and mistakenly post the high score on Facebook, then beware as well.

3. Pose with duck faces

Men all over the world have been thinking of late, “What’s with these pouty duck faces that girls have been making in their pictures?” They make women look dumb and slutty instead of sensuous and fabulous like they think they are.

4. Their friendship seems more virtual than real

Somehow women are more giving and all lovey-dovey with their gal pals on Facebook than in real life. While she may bitch about women on her friend list, she will also like and comment on their pictures, in order to win likes and comments for herself as well. This is a shallow trait many women share.
