4 Career Excuses You Need to Quit Making
Some of us have excuses for almost everything that we do and that we do not do. It becomes such a habit that we do not realize that we have an excuse for everything and it becomes so natural to use it. People use excuses for a variety of reasons in their lives. They have an excuse for being late, they have an excuse for not doing their job on time and they have an excuse even for coming late to their own wedding. The truth is making excises can only get you so far and it only works for a while and after some time people get tired of your excuses. You will also realize that making excuses to others harms only you and your life generally. You need to quit making excuses, especially when it comes to your career and start doing something instead of finding ways to get out of it.
1. I do not have the time
This is something that most of us keep saying over and over again when we do not do something that we ought to do. We can always manage time and do the important things that we want to do in our lives. Saying I do not have the time is just a ruse to not do something, either out of being lazy or not wanting to do something. Everyone can find the time to do things that really matter and you too should stop making that excuse.
2. Someday I will do it
Instead of making an excuse and saying you would do it someday, you should just change it and start saying, I will do it this day. You goals are your own personal dreams and you are the only person who can get them done. So stick to it and make sure you do it on the specific time you said you would do it. Someday is just an excuse to be vague about something that you will never end up doing.
