5 Disadvantages of Working for a Small Company
4. Less knowledge and experience
In a small company, you deal with small clients and you face small issues and problems. You don’t get a chance to make great contacts which would help you progress. You wouldn’t be exposed to opportunities which would help you grow. You won’t get a chance to face big complicated situations that would prepare you to face anything.
5. Lack of training and development programs
Large firms give their employees training and send them for training programs so than they can work on their skills. Employees in the small companies don’t get this exposure and a chance to develop their skills. The company doesn’t really invest on these programs.
