4. Make time for hobbies
Everyone has one or the other artistic hobby. Could be photography or singing or painting, or anything at all. Basically it should be something that makes you happy. Try and give at least an hour each day to your hobby. You could definitely be really busy with work, but one hour isn’t much. Especially when it is for your own happiness. After all, isn’t that what life is all about!
5. Focus on solutions
They may be of great importance, but problems all have simple solutions. We rather focus more on the problem and become unhappy. Your computer is spoilt; get it repaired. You’re having terrible hair fall; get medication. Your grades are bad; study harder next time. If you want, you can easily find the solution, so try to focus more on that, rather than being sad.
