6 Questions You Should Ask An Interviewer
4. What do you expect of me?
This is a very important question that should be posed around the end of the interview. Companies have certain expectations and they only choose those people who can fulfill them. Asking such a question will show them that you are proactive and care for their needs.
5. What is the scope for growth?
If you are planning for a long term job then knowing your scope of growth in the company is very essential. You don’t want to end up stagnant and unsatisfied, do you? Ask them about probation periods and promotion patterns.
6. What is the company culture like?
Last but not the least, make sure the policies of the company match your values in life. The timings should also be comfortable enough. Ask about their policies on leaves, holidays, office behavior, etc.
