4.Communicate with all

Avoid taking sides or sticking only to some team members at all costs. Groupism should not be created in a team that has to work together from start to end. Make sure you communicate with everyone and don’t leave certain information in the dark while revealing it to some others.

5.Help out

Being a good and efficient team player involves not just doing your share of the work but also helping out others who may face problems in their’s. Refusing to help your team mates by making excuses and showing an attitude of indifference towards their issues will reflect poorly on your credibility as a responsible team member.

6.Be available

Don’t just finish off your work in office and go home to get busy with other stuff. Always be available for your team. The least you can do is make sure that your phone is never switched off or in silent mode so that if any problem arises, a team member can rely on you by easily getting in touch.
