7 Tips to Impress Your Senior Coworkers

5.Be smiling and friendly

Besides being polite, wish them good morning or evening, exchange pleasantries and smile whenever you pass them. While they may not do the same, you should take the first step and win them over with your positive disposition.

6.Ask for what is yours

Many employees feel that if they keep quiet and let their work speak for itself then the rewards will also come their way automatically. However, it doesn’t work that way. You should remind and duly ask for things that your seniors may not have given, or forgotten to give you such as compensation offs, reimbursement, salary, bonus, incentives and promotions. Seniors appreciate someone who knows what he wants and reminds them about it.

7.Be confident

Because you were confident in your interview did you get the job, so exhibit that confidence in office daily. Talk in a way that makes people hear and appreciate. Present your work with confidence so that seniors get the impression that you are a reliable employee.
