5. Whatever you want to do dear

It’s out of plain courtesy and the need to keep women happy that men spout this line. When women ask to make plans, they just want men to echo what they already have in mind. If men reveal what they truly want to do, like watch a game, drink beer, go to a bar or to bed, women are not going to like it, hence the lie.

6. Yeah she’s horrible

Women rant about their enemies and the girls they find bitchy or smug, to anyone who will care enough to listen. As a devoted boyfriend or husband, men patiently give an ear to stories of how snooty and backstabbing some girl is and they can do nothing but agree with their partner on this. Most times, they may not feel any animosity or hatred towards the said enemy girl but if they don’t agree on her shortcomings, then they have had it from their partner.

7. Oh yeah I remember what day it is or was

Men are hands down weaker than women in the memory department. A woman will remember important or even frivolous dates and incidents much better than a man. So when women ask men if they remember this or that, their natural reaction is to say yes while thinking fast about ways to change the topic and divert the girl’s attention elsewhere.

8. I really like your family / friends

Of course, men may dislike at least one or more family members or friends of their lovers, and vice versa. This little fib can be forgiven as men don’t like to come off cold and indifferent to their partner’s loved ones.
