9 Ways to Get a Good Night’s Sleep
6. Close your eyes
Now this can be tough, especially when there are myriad of emotions running through your mind. When you think your mind is wandering, simply close your eyes and do not open them how much ever you are tempted to do so. Sooner or later, you will end up sleeping.
7. Keep your bed cozy
Sleep on a fluffy mattress, rest on a cushion pillow and cloak yourself in a nice bed-sheet. Though sleep is not guaranteed, you can at least relax yourself and sleep might just follow next.
8. Follow a fixed timetable and do not anxiously keep looking at the timepiece
You may have an important meeting the next day, but don’t keep looking anxiously at your alarm clock. Also, fix up a particular time for you to sleep and make sure that you stick to it.
9. Visit the doctor in case of any disorders
If you happen to experience persistent nightmares or anxiety while sleeping, you need to consult a doctor to check for conditions such as sleep apnea.
