Top Gun actor, Tom Cruise's obsession with Scientology was apparently the reason his once upon a time die hard fan turned wife, Katie Holmes filed for divorce. Much like fellow Scientology wife, Kelly Preston, even Katie was sure of getting married to Tom one day soon after she saw his classic movie, Top Gun. She has been quoted as saying in an interview that she never though that it's an impossible task (to wed an actor of his caliber) and felt destined to be his wife.

Supposedly, Priscilla was only at the tender age of 14 when she asked a family friend who knew Elvis to introduce her to him. He proposed marriage to her when she turned 21.
