1. Be confident

Being lean or skinny is not something unusual. To build a good body, it is important that you be confident about your body. What if you have a skinny body, let go of your fear to get on the right track! Don’t have that fear of hitting the gym or any weight gain diet plan. 2. Opt for a workout

It is important to follow a proper work out regime for a good body. Your workout regime should be based on your comfort level. Visit your gym and take guidance from the instructor. Push your limit but slowly. You can’t follow a strenuous workout too early. You have to wait till your body adopts a proper work out regime. Be careful with weight training and lifting.

3. Have the right diet

You don’t have to follow a particular weight gain diet to build a body. Simply opt for a diet which is right for you. Like, include carbs and proteins in your diet. Egg whites and protein shakes are a must in your diet plan. Have green veggies in your diet plan. Also, include tuna, turkey and chicken in your diet plan.

4. Stay hydrated all the time

Do you know that water actually helps to increase your muscle mass in the body? Have water in good quantity. At least have about two liters of water on a daily basis, the idea is to keep your body hydrated in the right way. Also, have lots of fresh fruit juices and shakes in your diet plan. Have natural juices to stay hydrated.
