5. Maintain a good posture

Well, if you work at a desk or computer the whole day, then you must maintain a proper posture. Sit straight and don’t bend your shoulders. It is important that you stretch a lot between your work. If in office, you can practice chair stretching or hand exercise for that correct posture. That will keep you fit.

6. Stay hydrated

Stay hydrated all the time. Drink at least two liters of water to stay healthy and hydrated. Also, include lots of fruit juices in your diet plan. If possible have vegetable juices in your diet. It will act as a detox for your body. It helps to maintain the normal Ph level of the body, thus keeping you active and fit.

7. Walk or take to stairs

Walk as far as you can and as and when you can. You heard that right! Walk about one or two Kms if you really want to stay healthy and active. Walking is the best form of exercise. And, when you will walk to work, naturally you will stay fit. If possible, take to stairs while climbing because that will help to increase your oxygen level and blood circulation in the body.

Small changes in your habits can keep you fit and healthy, so do make an effort.
