Get yourself a mentor in life. Like someone, you trust completely. Your mentor would guide you along the process of work. Choose someone you trust from the same organization. If you trust your superior, then develop a bond with him/her. Your focus should be learning new things, and that would come from the trust you build.

5. Accept the challenges

Never get scared of challenges that come your way in the work. Like, if you get a challenge to complete a task in a day, accept that challenge. This situation can act as a catalyst for your promotion in job. If you are not able to complete the work on time, you will only learn something. So, in both the situations, you are a winner.

6. Consider your past success rate

Well, if you are capable in life, no one can stop you from getting promoted. Talent and capability are the two things that lead to the path of success. Consider your past success rate. If you are positive, then the chances would become brighter in your case. It is all about how you turn a negative situation to a positive one.

7. Choose your role play

If you are good at something, stick with that profile. Don’t change your profile in the quest for getting promoted. Like, if you are good at marketing, then you must stick to that profile. You would only get better at whatever you do in life. If you change your role play, you would not be able to succeed faster, so keep that in mind.

8. Just speak up

If you think that you are good in your profile and your job, then simply speak to your manager. Keep an account of your work record and ask them for promotion. If you are lucky, you would get promoted. Or else, there would be a simple ‘no’.
