Eat your greens. You might be savoring the best food but without your green vegetables in it. Eat leaves or arugula, kale, mizuna, sorrel, dandelions, watercress, and mustard. These leaves have very good digestive juices which help our body to digest its food completely, thus leaving us hungry for the next one. Also add ginger, turmeric, lemon, fennel seeds, and peppermint to your regular food. All these help in good digestion thus help you to increase your appetite without disturbing your stomach.
2. Exercise in the mornings
Many of us exercise in the afternoon or evening. If you want to boost your appetite, you must exercise in the morning. This helps in good functioning of your digestive system. When you exercise post lunch or breakfast, your body is not able to digest its food properly. This brings about fatigue and eventually causes loss of appetite. So exercise in the morning.
