5 Ways to be More Sensitive

4. Develop a conscious block in your thought process:

Whenever you react to something hateful, or are about to do something driven by emotions of jealousy, anger or injustice, take a breather– force yourself to take a time out- and construct this middle ground where you can think calmly, and objectively, thereby more sensitively about the situation. After a while, it will become natural to you and you will feel the change.

5. Follow your passion :

Nothing will bring you closer to your own self than doing something that you are passionate about simply for the love of it! When you do something that you truly care about and feel like you were meant to do it, and derive sheer pleasure out of the same, you become accepting of the world around you, and in turn, end up becoming more sensitive.
Remember, being sensitive is not bad or not feminine, it is humane!
